Tiny Rhythm — Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Tiny Rhythm iOS app and this website. Tiny Rhythm is published by Nicolas Hesson. Questions: support@tinyrhythm.app.
Tiny Rhythm is a parent-facing baby sleep tracker. It offers general sleep education and scheduling support. It is not medical advice, does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition, and does not claim to prevent SIDS.
1. What Tiny Rhythm is
Tiny Rhythm helps parents and caregivers log sleep and related routines and receive gentle, evidence-aware nap and bedtime guidance. It is a parent utility, not a medical device and not a medical record system. Follow your baby’s cues. For concerns about breathing, feeding, weight gain, illness, or anything that feels wrong, talk with your pediatrician or another qualified healthcare provider.
2. Who may use the app
The app is intended for adults — parents, guardians, and caregivers — to track information about a child in their care. Children do not create accounts and should not use the app themselves.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the app only for lawful personal, family purposes.
- Enter information you are allowed to keep about your child or a child in your care.
- Do not treat predictions or articles as a diagnosis, treatment plan, or guaranteed sleep outcome.
- You are responsible for devices, Apple IDs, and caregiver invitations you control.
4. Premium subscription (auto-renewable, billed by Apple)
Core tracking and guidance stay free. Optional Tiny Rhythm Premium is an auto-renewable subscription sold and billed by Apple through the App Store, not by a developer payment server:
- Monthly: US$3.99 per month
- Annual: US$24.99 per year
- Free trial: 7 days, where Apple shows an introductory offer for your Apple ID
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or after the trial if you do not cancel.
- The subscription auto-renews unless you cancel in your App Store subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or App Store account settings.
Prices above are the US list prices. The App Store shows the exact local price, taxes, and any current offer before you subscribe. We do not change those prices on this page independently of Apple.
5. Data, iCloud, and caregiver sharing
We do not operate a data server. Tiny Rhythm stores information on your device. If you use sync or caregiver sharing, data is stored in your own Apple iCloud account using Apple CloudKit and, when you invite someone, in that caregiver’s iCloud. Sharing happens only when you invite a caregiver. You can stop sharing. Apple operates iCloud; we cannot see your records. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The app, site, name, and content belong to Nicolas Hesson / Tiny Rhythm, except for Apple software and other third-party materials. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute the product as your own.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app and site are provided “as is.” Guidance is general education only. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, perfect predictions, or any particular sleep outcome. Apple’s App Store terms also apply to download, purchase, and subscription billing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nicolas Hesson and Tiny Rhythm are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make about a child’s care. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
